Arjan and Parishan wetlands

Name Arjan and Parishan international wetlands
Information Arjan and Parishan wetlands with the area of 2200 and 23000 hectares, respectively, are located in the southwest of Fars province. These wetlands are fed by annual precipitation and near springs. The Arjan and Parishan international Wetlands are Habitats to more than 70 migratory bird species, some of which, like the Dalmatian pelican, are in the list of birds with global importance.
